1180 - LED Drive-Over Marker In-Grade

The 1180 Commercial LED drive-over, marker, and ingrade is a robust lighting solution utilizing Chip-On-Board (COB) LED technology. Its optics and drivers are sealed within a module that fits into an injection-molded polymeric Rough In Section (RIS). Designed for low profile and drive-over applications, the 1180 offers 360° or 180° ground grazing light distributions, making it ideal for defining spaces between vehicular and pedestrian areas. The fixture is constructed with a heavy-walled die-cast aluminum load plate, J-bolt, and RIS pour part for embedding in concrete. The Ryton (PPS) RIS is designed to float within the load plate, ensuring no pressure is transferred to it when driven over. The optic/driver module provides efficient illumination, while a heavy-duty spider cover and polycarbonate ring sit atop the load plate to protect and secure the assembly. The 1180 is tested to a vertical load of 7,000 pounds and boasts an IP68 rating.
