We are proud to be the first manufacturing facility in Simi Valley to have a Zero Wastewater Discharge Permit. This means all our manufacturing process water is treated in-house, ensuring none is dumped into city sewers.
All our manufacturing scrap materials, including copper, brass, steel, and cardboard, are recycled. Additionally, we ensure that all hazardous maintenance waste, such as electronics, and oils, are disposed of in accordance with city guidelines.
We have replaced over 200 HID lights in our manufacturing facility and outside areas with more efficient LED lights, further reducing our carbon footprint.
Our main powder coating paint line uses a Low Nox burner, undergoing biannual emissions testing to ensure minimal environmental impact.
We adhere to a written Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, ensuring that our operations do not contribute to stormwater contamination.
