March 2, 2006 – Vista’s extremely versatile 2219 & 2220 Up & Accent lighting fixtures now boast an optional shroud design functional enough to address all of your spot and highlighting requirements.
The –LS offers all of the features you would expect from a long shroud, including increased beam control and reduced off-axis glare. In addition, the –LS is engineered to maintain an element of a flood fixture.
When a highly controlled light source is needed, the –LS-SP is a long shroud that offers precise beam control and greatly reduces off-axis glare.
These fully rotatable shrouds are constructed of die cast, copper free aluminum and are fitted with a clear, tempered glass lens and a silicone o-ring gasket to ensure a weather tight seal.

Designed to be suspended from tree limbs, eaves or garden structures, the 2238 and its solid copper version, the 2150, are now shipped standard with the FR (Flat Frosted Lens).
Feedback from the field has helped the factory to determine that the 2238 and 2150 are most efficient when used in conjunction with the FR.
The FR creates an even diffused beam pattern of light. It widens the beam considerably, and virtually eliminates the hot spot at the center of the beam with a soft diffusion effect.
